Sometimes I just have to share great things, usually food! This is Argentine Pink Shrimp (tastes like lobster and can be purchased at D & W and Whole Foods for about $10 per pound).
It’s a simple recipe and very quick too!
- Set Oven temp to 500
- Toss the broccoli and mushrooms in olive oil
- Roasted veggies 8 mins
- Add Shrimp to cookie sheet and cook all for four more minutes
- Drizzle with mix of 2 TBLS melted butter, 2 TBLS water, finely chopped chives
Serve over your choice of pasta or rice if desired
