Chicken Verde Tacos with Tri-bean medley, corn, cilantro, green onion,shishito peppers, and cumin with lime!
Cook the chicken in the salsa verde sauce on the stovetop covered until cooked through. Shred it and broil it in the oven for a 3 minutes, toss and put back in for 3 more minutes. Roughly.
We mixed everything else in a saucepan and cooked until the peppers were tender. I splashed in a bit of lime juice.
Now how easy is that!
